Details are listed below. If you would like to participate
with a particular clinician and/or offer your horse for a
clinician's use, please send us (email at jjcloe@equinepromotions.net
or fax to 765-655-2117) some specific information. Indicate
the following:

Contact Numbers (day & evening)

Your background, discipline & experience
(include the level at which you currently ride if applicable)

Information on your horse: Breed, Age, Sex,
Height, discipline ridden, current level of training, what
goals would you like to achieve with this horse, problems you
are having with this horse - be specific (if applicable - not
needed for some clinicians), how long you have been
encountering the current problem(s).
Needs will be
posted as they are confirmed with each clinician - keep checking
